Spicy Kimchi Mayo Recipe
Made from creamy mayo, spicy kimchi, sweet Japanese BBQ, and salty soy sauce, this sauce has a perfect balance of flavors and is a breeze to mix together.

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Kimchi liquid - get this by pressing down the vegetables in a jar of kimchi and the extra liquid will rise to the top
- 1 tbsp Japanese BBQ - can substitute any sweet Asian sauce like eel sauce or teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/16 tsp Ginger (pinch)
Measure out all ingredients and add to a small bowl.
Whisk thoroughly.
Taste and add more or less ingredients to fit your preference.
Let sit for an hour or two to further combine and enhance the flavors.
Use by mixing into or topping your favorite Asian meals.
Store this sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If sauce separates while being stored simply whisk to combine sauce again.
